Back-to School Night

This year we will once again have one Back-to-School Night evening for both schools on Wednesday, September 2. To better accommodate the number of parents who have children in two grade levels or in both schools, and to attempt to accommodate the number of parents who will be seeking parking spaces as best we can, the evening will be broken into three separate sessions.      

 
Because the purpose is to share programs and expectations with parents, we ask that students and other children not attend. Open House in the spring is the time to bring family and friends to school to celebrate the year's learning.
 

The schedule for the evening will be:
6:00-6:40  BP  K-3 Classroom Presentations
6:45-7:00  BP  K-6 General Meeting in MP
7:05-7:45  BP  4-6 Classroom Presentations
7:05-7:55  TE  4-6 Classroom Presentations
8:00-8:15  TE  4-6 General Meeting in MP

Back-to-School Packet Follow-Up

Your Back-to-School packet was filled with a lot of important information, and several forms that need to be returned to school right away:

 

  • 209-10 Student Emergency/Information Card:  Complete and return to school ASAP!
  • Information for the School Nurse:  Complete if your child has special medical needs.
  • Volunteer Application:  Complete and return if you plan to volunteer at school or with a field trip at any time this year.  This is a NEW requirement for BP/TE volunteers.
  • School Directory Forms:  Complete and return if you'd like to be listed this this year's school directory.
  • Other PTA/Booster forms:  Return if interested.
